Ryan McNamara
President and Owner of Level Apartment Management, has earned his reputation in the real estate management community for over 30 years. Mr. McNamara has experienced and mastered the apartment management business literally from the ground up, when he started in the property management industry at early age of 16 in the family multi-family business. His lifelong dedication to the multi-family industry provides him vast experience and a unique insight and expertise to managing and investing in apartment communities throughout major US Markets, including Nevada and Arizona. Through this experience, Ryan realized that success starts with an unmatched resident experience.
Mr. McNamara compliments his practical hands-on apartment experience with an impressive financial and educational background which includes being an Inactive Certified Public Accountant in the state of California, holding a Masters in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California (“USC”), earning a Bachelor of Science Undergraduate degree with an emphasis in Accounting from USC, and possessing a current Nevada and Arizona Real Estate Brokers License.
Ryan’s extensive multi-family experience along with his accounting and business education and licenses provides his apartment communities and clients with a magnitude of expertise and knowledge that brings his management company to a Level not being delivered elsewhere in the marketplace.

With 18 years of experience in the multifamily industry, I have achieved my success through the simple principal that the customer MUST come first. The name “Level” comes from that principal. The principal that we must provide a higher Level living experience to our residents, we must interact with our residents on the Level that is most desirable for their busy lives, we must create communities at a Level that is above our competition, and through this resident first mission, we will ultimately provide financial results at a Level not being delivered by our competition.
This higher Level thinking also spans to our employees and service members as we align their strengths with the community to ensure we are reaching a Level not being reached in the marketplace. I have seen this approach work now for 18 year. With every resident interaction, every move in, every maintenance request, every community event, and with every client, I continually ask first how do we set Level Apartment Management apart. I know this process of continually striving to be better will deliver value to our resident which will deliver vast value to our clients.

Jen Cook
Jen Cook aligned with Ryan McNamara in 2009, beginning her property management career as a Leasing Consultant and served various positions throughout the years within the company, leading up to her current role as Regional Operations Manager. Jen is responsible for planning and implementation of management best practices and works closely with executive leadership, training, marketing, human resources, systems, and leading departments on special projects and new initiatives. Jen is instrumental in ensuring connectivity and collaboration throughout Level Apartment Management. She holds a firm commitment to guiding teams and ensuring smooth transition processes for all assets and ownership groups.
